The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

2. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will include the product price but may exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately.
We will either replace the product or provide a full refund.

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
